	$1,000.00 Manager of Accounting / Finance and above
	(Includes all supervisory roles)

	$500.00 Senior Accountant / Senior Financial Analyst roles and below
	(Includes all non-supervisory roles)


	* Referral fees are paid on the 90th day after the referred candidate's start date – which is the normal guarantee period we have with our clients.
