Stuart Guthrie has been providing
accounting and financial professionals with new career
opportunities since 1993. When Stuart opened his own search
firm located in Orange County in 1999, he created a
playing field for professionals and changed the way executive
search, placement, and consulting was practiced. A former CPA of
Grant Thornton LLP, a National Public Accounting Firm, and member
of the California Society of CPAs, Stuart brought together a
staff of other experienced CPA/MBAs who have led successful careers
in the finance or accounting fields prior to joining The
Guthrie Group. This wealth of technical expertise allows
us to understand your specific needs and present you with
appropriate candidates or career opportunities, based on your
specific objectives.
Set on building a regional
leadership team of top business minds, The Guthrie
Group expanded the firm's network of offices
throughout Southern California. In 2000, the company partnered with
sister offices in Los Angeles & Sherman Oaks. Taking advantages
of differing market spaces, The Guthrie
Group now had a regional presence in Southern
California.
